Plays may be submitted to the Cameri Theatre via an attachment to an email, in a Microsoft Word document file format, with numbered pages.

The file must include:

The play

A list of characters (preferably noting each character’s age and gender)

A synopsis of the play

The playwright’s full name

The playwright’s email address

The playwright’s telephone number

*Please state the play’s title in the email’s subject line.

A playwright who would like to remain anonymous while their play is reviewed may submit the play without including their name in the file and send their name and contact information in a separate file, attached to the same email.

Plays should contain 6,000 to 14,000 words.

Unfortunately, we are unable to read plays that will not adhere to these submission guidelines.
